Texas Chute Out
The Texas Chute Out is a parachute ride, taking passengers up to a height of 200 feet and waiting for a few seconds, before gracefully lowering passengers back to the ground. Although only seated vehicles exist now, the ride used to have baskets where riders could choose to stand during their journey.
During Holiday in the Park, Texas Chute Out is usually shut down and a multitude of Christmas light strands are strewn from top to bottom to create a Christmas tree.

This type of parachite drop is becoming very hard to find. Sadly, this ride is barely ever open, but if you find it open this is a must! A great ride for those who aren't quite ready to conquer Superman!
